PRODUCT FEATURE

XS395 full-hydraulic single-drum vibratory road roller is an super-high tonnage full-hydraulic vibratory road roller with all-wheel drive oriented for the compacting of high-depth rock fills and the super-thick pavements as well as the compacting of conventional pavements and is an ideal compacting machine for dam rock fills, super-thick water-stability bases, road substrates, and road beds. 

Performance characteristics of  XS395 full hydraulic single drum roller

(1) Engine

Equipped with Weichai Guo III water-cooled engine, large power reserve, low fuel consumption and low noise.

(2) Hydraulic travel drive system

The single-pump dual-motor closed-motor closed hydraulic drive system composed of electronically controlled proportional pump, double variable motor and long-life reducer realizes full drive of front and rear wheels to ensure that the roller has good driving performance and climbing ability.

(3) Transmission system

The domestic heavy-duty transaxle has strong bearing capacity, high reliability, and can ensure that the roller can exert its maximum traction force under various working conditions. Equipped with 20 grade rock tyres, it is wear-resistant and especially suitable for rockfill compaction.

(4) Hydraulic vibration system

Dual-frequency, double-amplitude, scientific and reasonable static line load and excitation force configuration ensure effective compaction of different types of materials and different thicknesses.

(5) Vibrating wheel

The vibrating wheel is the heart of the vibratory roller.

The vibrating wheel adopts the four-point support cylinder vibrating chamber structure form, and adopts the long-life vibrating wheel design technology and the "three-in-one" ultimate pressure equalization technology. According to the dam compaction demand, the components in the vibrating wheel of this product are further adaptable to improve the compaction capacity of the dam's ultra-thick paving rock.

(6) Electrical system

The whole machine adopts the world's most advanced CAN BUS bus control system, with fault self-diagnosis function, soft start and soft stop of the vehicle, and the control system is more comfortable. Configure GPS remote intelligent management platform to realize machine positioning, remote locking/unlocking, and remote real-time recording and viewing of machine parameters.
