PRODUCT FEATURE

XS263 vibratory roller is a kind of extra-heavy self-propelled vibratory roller, mainly applicable for compaction work on base layer, sub-base layer of different materials and filling projects. It is an ideal choice for compacting high grade highway, airports, ports, dams and industrial construction sites. The application of high power engine and anti-skid hydraulic drive system better suits construction requirements in different regions.

Performance characteristics of XS303S full hydraulic single drum vibratory roller

(1) Engine

Equipped with DEUTZ water-cooled supercharged engine, large power reserve, low fuel consumption, low noise, in line with the national III emission standards.

(2) Hydraulic travel drive system

The closed hydraulic drive system composed of variable displacement pump and double variable motor realizes full drive of front and rear wheels to ensure that the roller has good driving performance and climbing ability.

(3) Transmission system

The heavy-duty transaxle with anti-slip differential automatically distributes torque according to road conditions, ensuring that the roller can exert its maximum traction force in all operating conditions.

(4) Hydraulic vibration system

The use of imported variable pump quantitative motor to form a closed hydraulic system, dual frequency, double amplitude, scientific and reasonable static line load and excitation force configuration, to ensure the effective compaction of different types of materials, different thickness of the plywood.

The hydraulic vibration system adopts damping control anti-hydraulic shock technology, which not only reduces the hydraulic shock of the vibration system, improves the reliability of the system, but also further makes the vibration start and stop smoothly, avoids the impact on the compacted material, and improves the uniformity of compaction.

(5) Vibrating wheel

The vibrating wheel is the heart of the vibratory roller. vibrating wheel adopts the structure of inner cylinder type vibrating chamber, and applies long-life vibrating wheel design technology and extreme pressure equalization technology.

(6) Anti-roll cab

Good sealing performance, equipped with air conditioning, receiver, air suspension seat, large internal space and equipped with large area of glass, wide vision, providing a safe and comfortable operating environment for the driver.

(7) Heat dissipation and vibration damping technology

a. Guided air duct heat dissipation technology

The new air duct design is for the engine to intake air from the left and right and above the hood, and after circulating through the engine, exhaust from the rear of the hood, reduce the vortex phenomenon, improve the heat dissipation capacity, and ensure the efficient work of the power system;

b. Flexible and close heat dissipation sealing technology

Using nylon material brush, assembled on aluminum metal plate, close between the radiator and the frame, effectively sealing and isolating hot and cold air, improving heat dissipation capacity, and ensuring efficient work of the power system;

c. Three-stage vibration damping

Including vibration wheel damping, seat vibration damping, cab vibration damping, shock absorber through CAE simulation analysis, cab using three-dimensional vibration damping technology, vibration wheel damper layout optimization, to ensure excellent vibration damping effect.

1. The Shangchai CHina-lI high pressure common rail electronic low speed diesel engine is adopted to achieve the best fuel consumption working area and reduce the comprehensive fuel consumption by 10%.
2. The speed of clutch is controlled by the ineligent system, greatly improving the reliability of clutch system, avoiding the influence of human factors on the system.
