The pipe jacking machine is mainly composed of rotary excavation system, main top hydraulic propulsion system, soil conveying system, grouting system, measuring equipment, ground lifting equipment and electrical system. The balanced pipe jacking machine along the water also has a slurry water treatment device. Among them, the rotary excavation system (commonly known as "machine head") is mainly composed of front steel shell, rear steel shell, cutting mechanism, cutting cutterhead, cutterhead reducer, feeding slurry mechanism, hydraulic power unit, guiding hydraulic cylinder, waterproof ring, cutting head, cutterhead rotation axis, electrical system, automatic control system and auxiliary devices. Its steel shell withstands external earth and water pressure to protect the safety of internal equipment and operators, and facilitates continuous cutting, lining and propulsion operations on the excavation surface.
