1) Supersonic frequency processing is based on the grade D sucker rod process, is

made of supersonic quenching process, make its surface to form a layer of 5% ~ 13%

of the hardening layer, the microstructure is plate strip martensite, compressive stress

on the surface of 300-500 mpa, raised the tensile strength, torsional strength and

fatigue strength of the rod body.

2) Strengthen blasting treatment is to remove the surface micro defects, oil, dust, rust

on the surface of the body, and a layer of compressive stress in rod surface, and can

increase the coating layer adhesion, to form micro blast strengthening layer.

3) Electrostatic spraying, spraying the modified epoxy powder evenly onto the surface

of the rod, using electrostatic adsorption principle, spray a layer of powder evenly on

the surface of the rod. The surface powder of the rod is heated to the specified

temperature and the corresponding time is kept, so that it can be melted, smoothed

and solidified to obtain the surface effect of the rod we want. The sucker rod spray

layer adopts corrosion resistant modified epoxy resin material,enveloped and fuse to

the outside of the rod body. The material has excellent resistance to hydrogen sulfide,

carbon dioxide, and salt and other corrosive material in the oil and gas, and pore

defects such as hot coating layer does not exist a whole, fusion in the form of a whole

enveloped to avoid the rod body contact with the fluid, so as to achieve the purpose of

the corrosion.

3.Attention, such as use in horizontal well or high-inclination well, because the

corrosion resistant layer is not wear-resistant, should be used after the moulding

guides, the effect can replace the anti-corrosion sucker rod. Using the temperature

below 180 ºC.
