2, Process: D-class sucker rod - Ultrasonic Processing - enhanced shot blasting - electrostatic plastic spraying

1) Based on the process of grade D sucker rod, the ultrasonic quenching process is adopted to form a layer of 5% ~ 13% hardened layer on its surface. The metallographic structure is plate martensite, and the surface compressive stress is 300-500mpa, which improves the tensile strength, torsional strength and fatigue strength of the rod.

2) Enhanced shot blasting is to remove micro defects, oil, dust and rust on the surface of the rod body, generate a layer of compressive stress on the surface of the workpiece, and increase the adhesion of the plastic spraying layer to form a micro shot blasting enhanced layer.

3) Electrostatic spraying: the modified epoxy resin powder is evenly sprayed on the surface of the workpiece, and a layer of powder is evenly sprayed on the surface of the workpiece by using the principle of electrostatic adsorption. Heat the powder on the surface of the workpiece to the specified temperature and hold it for corresponding time to melt, level and solidify it, so as to obtain the desired surface effect of the workpiece. The plastic spraying layer of sucker rod adopts corrosion-resistant modified epoxy resin material, which is wrapped and fused outside the sucker rod body. The material has excellent resistance to corrosive substances in oil and natural gas such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and salt, and the thermal sprayed plastic layer has no defects such as pores, which makes them form a whole. The form of overall package and fusion avoids the contact between the sucker rod body and well fluid, so as to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion. The thickness of spraying layer shall refer to the provisions in the technical conditions for inner coating of oil pipe and casing in SY / T 6717-2016, and the thickness shall be 150 μ m~300 μ m.

3, Precautions: if it is used in horizontal wells or wells with high inclination, because the anti-corrosion coating is not wear-resistant, it should be used after injection molding the centralizer, and the effect can replace the anti-corrosion sucker rod. The service temperature is below 180 ºC.

4, Cost performance

The price of high-strength and long-life sucker rod is 1.2 times that of class D sucker rod and 0.5 times that of aisi4330 anti-corrosion sucker rod. This kind of sucker rod has the characteristics of internal flexibility and external steel hardness, and its service life is twice that of grade D sucker rod and material type anti-corrosion sucker rod. It can also be used with small specification instead of large specification rod. For example, 7 / 8 "rod can be used instead of 1" rod, which not only saves procurement cost and pump hanging weight, but also saves space, and increases oil output.
