The other is the L-shaped chain bucket ship unloader, the chain bucket digs out the material and lifts it to the top, and unloads the material on the boom belt conveyor through the screw funnel discharger and transports it to the rear. The L-shaped reclaimer can be rotated, and the boom can be tilted and rotated. Through automatic control, it can be ensured that the reclaiming head moves according to a certain route

4. Small quality: its mass is generally smaller than that of grab ship unloaders with the same extension and productivity (especially lifting trolley grab ship unloaders).

6. Easy to operate and automated: The reclaiming process of the ship unloader on each layer of the working face is similar, so it is easy to operate and easy to achieve semi-automation and automation.
The chain bucket ship unloader can be used to unload limestone, coal, phosphate, ore, raw sugar and other materials, with a maximum unloading productivity of more than 2,000 t/h, and the maximum ship type of 100,000 tons can be handled [2].
