Propane gasifier is a kind of equipment for gasification of liquefied petroleum gas by artificial methods. There are two types of cylinders provided by Towngas: one is the cylinder of natural gasification; The second is the forced gasification of the cylinder. Natural gasification refers to the process of gasification of liquid liquefied petroleum gas in cylinders by relying on its own sensible heat and absorbing heat from the external environment. Forced gasification is the gasification of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) by artificial means (installing a gasifier). In practical application, it has been proved that the residual liquid of the cylinder of natural gasification generally reaches 10-30%, and the installation of a vaporizer can completely solve the above problems, and the fire power is fierce and the pressure is stable.
Propane gasifier (vaporizer) and pressure reducing equipment should not be disassembled and assembled by non-professionals, propane gasifier (vaporization) and pressure reducing equipment need regular maintenance to eliminate hidden dangers, and the operation of the equipment must follow the guidance of professionals in the gas industry to ensure the normal and safe use of gasifier and pressure reducing equipment. At present, in the process of using liquefied petroleum gas in various industries, the safety awareness is not strong, and there are general safety hazards or deficiencies. Medium and high pressure gas pipes are connected and used by non-gas special pipe fittings (galvanized pipe fittings), and there are many leakage points.
The propane gasifier (vaporizer) is equipped with a water tank, a coil and a heater, and its principle: the liquefied gas passes through the coil immersed in warm water, absorbs the heat of the warm water and then vaporizes and superheats, enters the pipe network, the heat energy of the warm water is provided by the electric heater, the water temperature is controlled by the temperature control at 55 °C-70 °C, and the gasifier is equipped with a float switch to prevent the water level from being too low, and when the water level is lower than a certain height, the power supply can be automatically cut off to prevent the heater from dry burning. The LPG gasifier is equipped with an anti-overtemperature device, which can automatically cut off the current when the water temperature exceeds 75°C to prevent the temperature from being too high.
