Product Description

This product is a new generation of electrically-driven cementing equipment developed based on features of the seventh-generation electrically-driven offshore platform. It is powered by a variable frequency motor to drive the plunger pump for automatic mixing and pumping operations. This product is of split type and modular designs to satisfy custom and installation requirements of customers. It has passed explosion-proof and DNV certifications and can be installed in zone II of offshore platform. Auto control of whole process, local and remote monitoring and operation are achieved. It is a world-class and domestic leading cementing equipment.

The diesel-driven explosion-proof cementing equipment is designed for deep-water offshore platform operation, which serves for offshore high-pressure pumping and cementing operation. It integrates explosion-proof, automatic control operation and remote-control technology into one, which makes the operation environment more convenient and safer for cementing operations such as pressure test, slurry mixing and pump injection. It belongs to the world-class and domestic leading cementing equipment.
