Tanzania 60-80TPH Granite Portable Crushing Plant
This project is an African project of a state-owned enterprise. Considering the future requirement for transition, SAINTWAH recommended the MK Semi-Mobile Crusher and Screen (Skid Mounted) to the customer, providing a convenient movement and quick installation solution. The production line was successfully launched in early 2024, operating smoothly and efficiently, greatly satisfying the customer.

1. Rapid Production
The MK Semi-mobile Crusher and Screen (Skid-mounted) adopts integrated modular design and can be hoisted and transported as a whole, achieving rapid assembly and production within 12 to 48 hours.

Southeast Asia 1000-1200TPH Granite Crushing Plant
The granite is evenly fed by ZSW490*130 feeder into PEW1100 European hydraulic jaw crusher for coarse crushing and then gets into CSB240 cone crusher for secondary crushing.
Two production lines are installed together. Each production line configuration is as follows: ZSW490*130 vibration feeder (1 set), European hydraulic jaw crusher PEW1100 (1 set), CSB240 cone crusher (1 set), HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher (12 sets), 3Y2460 circular vibrating screen (2 sets), 2Y2460 (1 set), VSI5X114593 sand-making machine (3 sets), 3Y2460 (3 sets).
The granite is evenly fed by ZSW490*130 feeder into PEW1100 European hydraulic jaw crusher for coarse crushing and then gets into CSB240 cone crusher for secondary crushing. Furthermore, the material after being crushed would get into 2Y2460 for screening where the unqualified material would be sent back for another crushing while the material less than 150mm gets into HPT300 for third stage crushing. When the material is less than 40mm, it would enter into VSI5X-1145 impact crusher for shaping. After this step, the customer can get finished products whose sizes are 0-5mm 5-10mm, 10-20mm respectively.
1. Advanced European hydraulic jaw crusher, V-typed structure crushing cavity, strong crushing force and large capacity; Adjustable discharging size with wedge hydraulic system. It is convenient and can save commissioning time. Besides, it is very convenient for maintenance because of centralization lubrication.
2. At the third-stage crushing, multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is used. Combining faster rotation speed with stroke improves greatly rated power and capacity of HPT crusher and increases crushing ratio and production efficiency. At the same time, through the design of the special crushing cavity and the rotating speed, proportion of fine cubic material gets improved. Thin oil lubrication is automatic and can save labor costs. Besides, it is also very convenient to repair equipment while production and operation costs decrease.
3. The production line adopts three-stage crushing, which achieves the maximum optimization of crushing ratio at all levels of crushing. The middle screening after secondary crushing directly selects a part of finished products, not only reducing crushing pressure of third-stage cone crushing, but also optimizing capacity of the whole production line to a large extent.
Indonesia 400TPH Andesite Portable Crushing Plant
The raw material is andesite, which has relatively high hardness; and the project faces constraints on equipment operation space due to site limitations. Additionally, the project is under a tight schedule with a short construction period. Understanding these challenges, SAINTWAH recommended portable crushing plant. SAINTWAH meticulously designed the operational area and process, offering comprehensive support for installation and debugging, resulting in seamless production.

On site, only the road surface requires leveling and compacting to establish working conditions, eliminating the necessity for cement foundation leveling and hardening. This significantly reduces the project's construction material costs.
