Air-temperature vaporizer
 
The air-temperature vaporizer is a gaseous gas that gasifies low-temperature liquid gases (LO2, LN2, LAr, LCO2, LNG, etc.) through heat exchange, and is divided into two types: high and low pressure according to the application. The high-pressure vaporizer is to gasify the liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen and liquid argon after being pressurized by the cryogenic liquid pump into high-pressure gas and fill the cylinder. The low-pressure gasifier is to gasify the cryogenic liquid in the storage tank into low-pressure gas, which is transported to the use site through the pipeline through the pressure regulating device.
 
Working principle of LNG air temperature vaporizer:
 
This product uses the atmospheric environment as a heat source, and conducts heat exchange through a star-shaped aluminum finned tube with good thermal conductivity, so that liquid liquids in various low temperature states (such as LNG, LN2, LO2, LAr, LCO2, etc.) are gasified into gas without using additional energy.
 
Structural characteristics of LNG air-temperature vaporizer:
 
1. The air-temperature gasifier product is a high-efficiency energy-saving/energy-saving product, which can save a lot of energy compared with the steam-heated vaporizer and the water-bath electric heating vaporizer.
 
2. The star-shaped aluminum fin tube material used in this product has the advantages of excellent heat exchange effect, strong corrosion resistance, long service life, convenient operation and maintenance.
 
3. The product adopts the industry's popular frameless diamond connection, no need to weld between the fins and the fins, and is processed and fixed by proprietary tools, with small internal stress, compact and firm structure, neatly arranged, beautiful and generous, and the pipe and pipe fittings are connected by argon arc welding, and the weld is uniform and free of pores.
 
4. This product is mainly composed of star-shaped finned tubes, connecting elbows, connecting structural parts, hoisting devices, bases, transportation frames and inlet and outlet joints.
 
5. The spacing between the fins is large, the ventilation effect is good, and the defrosting is fast.
 
6. The products are tested under pressure before leaving the factory, and there is no leakage, and each unit is strictly degreased, degreased and dried with dry nitrogen.

LNG air-temperature vaporizer process
 
Process 1: Cryogenic liquids (such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquid carbon dioxide, liquefied natural gas and other cryogenic liquids, etc.) are discharged from the cryogenic liquid storage tank through the pressure of the storage tank itself, flow through the cryogenic liquid pump for pressurization, and the inlet vaporizer is gasified into gas, and then filled to the cylinder through the busbar.
 
Process 2: The liquid is gasified into gas through the vaporizer, and the pressure regulating device of the inlet pipeline adjusts to the use pressure and then transports it to the use terminal through the pipeline.
