1. Bridge Ship Unloader with Grab

 

This bridge type ship unloader with grab is a cutting-edge unloading equipment used at the wharf. It is a commonly seen machine in the bulk importing area at the wharf with the features of good maturity, reliability, strong adaptability, commodity, high production efficiency, high automation degree, low failure rate, convenient maintenance, etc.

 

This product can be used for the unloading of 3,000t-250,000t bulk ships for the material of different densities and particles (300-800mm) with grabs. The reclaiming grab bucket has simple structure with simple maintenance. It also can be used for the corrosive bulk material. It has good adaptability for the hatchways of the bulk ships, meanwhile, which will not be affected by the tidal level.

 

2. Chain Bucket Ship Unloading Machine

The chain bucket ship unloader is a continuous ship unloading machine for bulk materials unloading with its chain bucket. There is onboard conveying system to discharge these bulk materials to the wharf. The chain bucket ship unloader can be used for unloading limestone, coal, phosphate, ore sand, raw sugar and other materials, therein, the maximum capacity can be up to 3000t/h, and the maximum ship capacity is 100,000t.

 

This unloading machine has high unloading efficiency with 45%-50% unloading efficiency in the rated production efficiency when the ship unloader has stepped into stripping stage. It has small pollution because the conveying paths are sealed without dust pollution. Meanwhile, there is no frequent starting-braking operation, therefore, the noise is relatively small.

 

Less energy consumption: 1MJ/t~1.26MJ/t. Automation: Considering that the ship unloader has the similar reclaiming process in every layer of working surface, it is convenient to make operation and easy to realize the semi-automation and automation.

Features

The mobile ship loading machine loader is a large-scale bulk materials handling machinery used for loading the bulk materials to ships in the wharf. A ship loading machine consists of cantilever crane, cantilever crane belt conveyor, flexible chute tube, tripper car, traveling device, gantry frame, tower, pitching device, etc.

Features of Mobile Ship Loading Machine:

1. This machine runs along the wharf with good maneuverability, flexible operation and strong adaptability of ship type.

2. The cantilever crane can only make pitching and extension-retraction movement to cooperate with the traveling trolley via its extension and retraction for the sake of changing the charging position of chute tube, thus it can save the slewing drive and bearing, and makes the machine more simple and portable.

3. The machine has herringbone structure, adopt the tubular profiles instead of plate-girders as the main stress components, therefore, the plate shearing, welding and other procedures are reduced in the manufacturing process to reduce the manufacturing and processing difficulty and shorten the manufacturing period.

4. It uses the flexible chute tube to reduce the dust pollution during the ship loading.

5. The complete machine is intensively controlled by PLC, the main mechanisms is controlled by frequency control mode to realize stable operation without impact.
