XRP series asphalt plant heat mixing recycling equipment is a plant heat recycling equipment developed  for the current situation of domestic compulsory asphalt mixing plant. Through the transformation and upgrading of the original equipment, it can meet the customer's requirements for the use of recycled materials, realize private customization according to the actual situation of the customer, expand the application field of the existing equipment, and obtain greater economic benefits. It can be used for construction projects such as highways, expressways, and municipal highways of all levels.

XRP series asphalt plant hot mixing and recycling equipment has obtained a number of patents, all of which have been applied to the equipment. The equipment has precision temperature control technology, expert database intelligent and accurate weighing technology, flue gas secondary combustion technology, drying heating technology, PID control and expert control technology, intelligent fault diagnosis technology, intelligent combustion technology, etc., highlighting the advanced, green, intelligent and reliable characteristics  asphalt plant heat mixing and recycling equipment.

1. Accurate weighing technology:

Compression sensor weighing technology to ensure high-precision weighing;

Developed a unique "intelligent flying material compensation technology" to greatly improve the accuracy of batching.

2. Smooth feeding technology:

The large-angle chute structure effectively prevents the bonding of recycled materials and reduces the maintenance of users;

Large open observation door for easy equipment maintenance;

Use heat transfer oil to heat users to reduce the cost of use;

Thickened rock wool insulation reduces the heat loss of recycled materials and ensures the quality of recycled mixtures.

3. Precise temperature control technology:

Using infrared temperature measurement technology, quickly and accurately measure the temperature of recycled material, and real-time automatic control;

Double thermocouple protection is adopted at the flue to effectively monitor the flue gas temperature, prevent the temperature from being too high, and ensure the heating effect of the recycled material;

The combination of PID control and expert control technology enables rapid temperature adjustment of recycled material to minimize temperature fluctuations.

4. Drying and heating technology:

Reasonable layered layout, subdivision of heating area, effectively prevent asphalt aging, prevent recyclic material from bonding to the inner wall;

Downstream hot air heating ensures real-time temperature control, higher thermal efficiency, fuel saving and preventing further aging of asphalt.

5. Flue gas secondary combustion technology:

The flue gas generated by drying the recycled material enters the primary drum for secondary combustion, which can not only improve the fuel utilization rate, but also prevent the flue gas from polluting the environment, completely eliminate harmful exhaust gas, and meet the national standard emission.

6. Intelligent control:

Expert control system based on neuron network, automatic weighing compensation, automatic adjustment of batching parameters;

The regenerative control system can be integrated into the native station system for operation and use.

7. Intelligent diagnosis:

The unique fault maintenance database stores a large number of common faults, intelligently detects the operating status of the equipment, and realizes intelligent fault prediction, intelligent alarm and intelligent maintenance reminder.
