Land Drilling Equipment
SAINTWAH INC. has many decades of experiences in designing and manufacturing the drilling rigs, workover rigs and rig components which work in such various environments as land, tidal area, desert , as well as polar region. The full-digital AC/VFD drive drilling rigs has been well adopted on the all-weather and all-terrain drilling rigs ranging from 1,000 to 12,000 meters in drilling depth. SAINTWAH INC. is also capable of providing the customized service including the inspection and repairing, maintenance and refurbishment of drilling rig and its components.
7000m (2000HP) Automated Drilling Rig (Generation I)
The automated drilling rig launched by SAINTWAH INC.successfully promotes the establishment of the standardized, specialized, mechanized and informationalized engineering service team, enables the field operation to be labor- less, simplified, low-intensity and low-cost, and implements the development plan of automated drilling rigs, "One Generation in Two Years and Three Generations in Six Years". The 7000-meter (2000HP) automated drilling rig is equipped with a full set of automatic pipe handling system, direct-drive mud pump and rotary table, integrated power, air and hydraulic control system, and the optimized and specialized well site equipment, which substantially improves the working and living conditions of the drilling crew, reduces the cost and enhances the safety standard.
Wheel-type Fast Moving Drilling Rig
BOMCO developed the wheel-type fast moving drilling rig for the desert and Gobi areas, which moves in various modes and enables the rig move and spudding in 24 hours within 10km. This technology has been applied onto the rigs ranging from 1000m to 9000m in drilling depth.
Train-type Polar Drilling Rig
The train-type polar drilling rig is designed and manufactured for the polar region of Russia, which enables the normal rig operationat the ambient temperature of -45ºC ~ +40ºC and the rig stock and transportation at the ambient temperature of -60ºC~+50ºC. The rig is arranged along the wheeltrack and move among the cluster wells with hydraulic cylinders. Currently the 4000-meter (1000HP) and 7000-meter (2000HP) drilling rigs are working in Russian arctic region.
