It is mainly composed of chain bucket mechanism, on-board conveyor system, lifting mechanism, balance system, mobile system (moving or moving ship), electrical control system and safety auxiliary device.
Chain bucket ship unloader is more suitable for materials with small bulk density and small particle size, such as coal, petroleum coke, cement clinker, mineral sand, grain, etc. The unloading capacity is 200t/h~4500t/h, and the ship type is 2000DWT~200000DWT. During unloading operations, the chain hopper of the free hanging section is mainly used to take material in layers in the material layer, or take material along the bilge in turn. The flexible hanging section chain bucket can automatically compensate for the bumps caused by the load reduction and floating of the cabin or the influence of wind and waves when taking material along the bilge, and always maintain a certain number of chain buckets in contact with the bilge, so its cleaning capacity is less than 3%, and for barges or special barges with large load capacity, its cleaning capacity is only about 1%.
Chain bucket ship unloader can be divided into fixed type and mobile type, among which fixed chain bucket ship unloader is mostly used in inland river wharves of 2000 tons and below, and need to set up ship moving devices; The mobile chain bucket unloader can walk along the track laid on the dock surface and can move the work on different hatches.
The biggest difference between the chain bucket ship unloader and the bucket wheel ship unloader is the material extraction and lifting device, the chain bucket ship unloader is made of steel chain bucket and driven by the transmission chain; The bucket wheel unloader relies on the bucket wheel to take the material, and the corrugated flange belt conveyor lifts the material.
