The TK-QY 200 aircraft tractor (internal combustion) is a medium-sized aircraft tractor designed and developed by SAINTWAH INC.. The superior performance of the vehicle includes: four-wheel drive, four-wheel hydraulic steering, four-wheel hydraulic braking, three steering modes (front wheel, four-wheel, crab), emergency drop of the cab, etc. In addition, the vehicle has been redesigned, and the appearance, transmission system and overall performance have been greatly improved and improved. The cab and body adopt large arc streamline, the vehicle has a compact structure, a low center of gravity, and a low height, and can freely travel under large aircraft. (1) Our aircraft tractor's engine, gearbox, axle and other major accessories are selected from world-renowned brands. (6) Electric centralized lubrication is adopted, and grease is automatically added to each lubrication point by an electric lubrication pump.

5 Main structure and configuration
The TK-QY200 aircraft tractor is mainly composed of chassis, engine, gearbox, drive shaft, front and rear axles, tires, frame, cab, hydraulic system, braking system, steering system, air conditioning system, centralized lubrication system and electrical control system.
5.1 Chassis
5.1.1 Main frame
It is welded from high-strength steel plates, with 4 lifting hooks on the upper part of the chassis, a cover plate on the top, anti-slip material on the top, and 4 built-in hydraulic jacks. The connections or welding between the various metal structural parts, brackets, and metal pipelines are firm and reliable, ensuring that the vehicle body will not experience structural deformation or natural fracture within 10 years.
5.1.2 Shock absorption
The front axle uses leaf springs for shock absorption and is equipped with hydraulic damping shock absorbers.
5.1.3 Towing hook

5.3 Gearbox, drive shaft and front and rear axles
The gearbox is connected to the engine through a flexible connection plate and is installed on the ear seats on both sides of the middle of the main frame.
The front and rear drive shafts are connected to the main reducer of the drive axle. The power of the engine is transmitted to the tire through the gearbox, drive shaft, main reducer of the axle, half shaft, wheel reducer, and wheel rim, realizing full-bridge drive.

5.5 Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system of this machine includes steering hydraulic system, brake hydraulic system, cab and whole machine lifting hydraulic system, cooling hydraulic system. All major components in the system are internationally renowned brand products, such as Rexroth, Mack, Eaton, Parker and Hytos, etc. The steering and cab and whole machine lifting hydraulic systems share a constant pressure variable axial piston pump as the power source, and it is a closed system, but each has independent hydraulic circuits. The three hydraulic systems can work simultaneously or independently without affecting each other. The steering hydraulic system can automatically adjust the displacement of the constant pressure variable pump according to the amount of oil required for steering; the cooling hydraulic system uses an independent hydraulic circuit.
When the engine is running and the actuators are not working, each hydraulic system pump is in a minimum displacement standby state or unloading state to maximize energy saving and reduce energy loss. In addition, each hydraulic system is equipped with multiple pressure measuring joints to facilitate maintenance, debugging and testing.
In addition, to ensure the reliability of the hydraulic system, the entire hydraulic system pipeline uses seamless galvanized steel pipes, and all hydraulic hoses are imported, with a pressure safety factor of more than twice; all joints use Eaton or Parker ferrule-type joints to ensure maximum leakage. The entire hydraulic system pipeline is neatly arranged and beautiful, making it easy to maintain.
5.6 Braking system
It adopts a three-way braking system, two foot brakes, one hand brake, and has emergency braking.
5.6.1 Service brake (foot brake )
       It adopts a fully hydraulic dual-line independent power brake system. If one line fails, the other line still works. It is equipped with an emergency manual hydraulic pump. The service brake system adopts disc brakes and is equipped with a large hydraulic accumulator. It can still provide more than 5 emergency brakes when the engine or main hydraulic pump stops working .
5.6.2 Parking brake (hand brake )
A caliper disc brake is installed at the output end of the gearbox, and the braking method is hydraulic release spring braking.
