1. Stirring system

2. Electronic control system
The electrical control system is composed of computer host, monitor, printer, communication cable, etc.
Equipped with monitoring system, operation and management in one, simple and convenient operation.
The batching system adopts microcomputer centralized control. The operation data of the mixing plant can be stored for more than 10 years, which is convenient for setting and management.
Formulas can be represented by numbers, which is convenient for users to identify, and the number of formulas can reach dozens.
In the case of getting rid of automatic control, the manual operating system can still complete the control of the mixing plant, such as batching, mixing, discharging and other work.
The strong current part of this system is self-contained, completely separated from the weak current part, which improves the anti-interference ability of weak current, and also greatly simplifies the strong current part, with advanced performance, high reliability and more convenient maintenance.
3. Lifting system
The aggregate lifting system adopts belt conveyor. The conveyor has a cover and a lower pocket to adapt to all-weather work.
4. Aggregate temporary storage bucket
The temporary storage hopper can temporarily store a can of aggregate, saving batching time and improving productivity.
5. Aggregate weighing system
Aggregate weighing system consists of: aggregate silo, frame, weighing hopper, aggregate conveyor, sensor, etc.
System Description:
The aggregate silo is loaded by loader or feeding belt machine.
Aggregate silo has two discharge doors per storage hopper to realize coarse and fine weighing when measuring.
Each aggregate metering hopper is hung on the storage silo frame by four sensors, and the signals sent by the four sensors are processed and sent to the microcomputer in the main control room, and the material weight value is displayed through secondary instrument conversion.
Each weighing bucket is equipped with a horizontal belt machine. After the aggregate is batched, it is sent by the horizontal belt machine to the diagonal belt and transported to the temporary storage hopper on the roof, waiting for it to be unloaded into the mixer together with other materials.
6. Cement weighing system
Cement weighing system is composed of cement weighing hopper, pneumatic butterfly valve, sensor, etc.
Cement weighing adopts a fully sealed device, and the weighing bucket is weighed through 3 sensors.
The weighing hopper door adopts pneumatic butterfly valve, which opens the door flexibly and seals tightly.
7. Fly ash weighing system
Fly ash weighing system is composed of fly ash weighing hopper, pneumatic butterfly valve, sensor, etc.
Fly ash weighing adopts a fully sealed device, and the weighing bucket is weighed by 3 sensors.

8. Water weighing system
The water weighing system consists of: user-built pool, water pump, water weighing bucket, pneumatic butterfly valve, etc.
Under the control of the control system, the water in the pool is transported to the water weighing bucket through the submersible pump, and when the preset value is weighed by the sensor, the pump stops. When discharging, the discharge pump turns on to allow water to flow into the mixer. Water supply is supplied by water pump, so that the water flow rate is accelerated and the spraying is uniform.
9. Liquid admixture weighing system
The liquid admixture weighing system consists of: admixture storage tank, admixture scale, water pump, sensor, etc.
Under the control of the control system, the admixture pump out the admixture in the admixture tank, and when the sensor measures to the preset value, the butterfly valve closes.
When discharging, the pneumatic butterfly valve opens, so that the admixture flows to the water weighing hopper and flows into the mixer together with the water. At the same time, the water pump continues to work through another butterfly valve to circulate the admixture, which plays a stirring role to prevent the admixture from precipitating, and the admixture pump is controlled by the microcomputer.
10. Air path system
The pneumatic system is composed of air compressor, cylinder, solenoid valve, air circuit components, etc. The compressed air in the air compressor enters each branch after purification, depressurization and refueling by the air source treatment parts, and the pressure in the gas path in normal working conditions should be kept within the range of 0.7-0.9Mpa.
11. Dust removal system
The dust removal system is composed of dust collector, dust removal pipe, etc.
The main building is equipped with a dust removal device, the dust generated in the host, temporary storage hopper and powder metering hopper filters the cloth bag through the dust collector, the blowback device vibrates the dust at regular intervals, and the upper fan leads clean air to the outside.
12. Screw conveyor
The cement conveying adopts a fully sealed device, and the discharge port and the metering hopper adopt a soft connection that does not affect the metering accuracy.
The splicing port is a universal ball joint, which can adjust the angle deviation and has good sealing.
Small gap between spiral blade and cylinder, high transmission efficiency.
13. Cement silo

System Description:
The cement silo is equipped with loading and unloading levels. The powder is blown in by the upper part of the powder silo, and the top of the powder silo is equipped with a dust removal device, which reduces the load pressure of the powder silo and prevents the pollution of dust to the air. The arch breaking device is placed in the cone, combined with the gas path system and control system, which can automatically break the cement in real time, or manually break the arch.
14. Control room
Adopt color sandwich board, with heat preservation and heat insulation function. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating.
