Shanghai's first new urban railway "Airport Liaison Line" 1 standard girder was completed
On October 12, at the construction site of the first new urban railway "Airport Liaison Line" in Shanghai across the Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway Bridge, the operators of the group company operated a 700-ton bridge erecting machine to steadily land the last 32-meter-long box girder on the bridge pier. As Shanghai's first new urban railway, the Airport Link connects Hongqiao and Pudong, with a maximum speed of 160 kilometers per hour.
The 1st section of the airport liaison line undertaken by the group company is the starting section of the Shanghai airport liaison line and one of the only two bridge sections on the whole line, undertaking the erection task of 72-hole simply supported beams with a total of 2,226 meters. Due to the proximity of the beam erection area to the Shanghai-Kunming Railway, many constructions are within the scope of the railway protection area, the maximum erection slope is 27.8‰, and the minimum erection curve radius is 1000 meters.
In order to ensure the safe and smooth achievement of the node goal, since the start of the beam erection work on June 28 this year, the project department has scientifically organized the construction on the basis of implementing the measures for the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, combined with the characteristics of the bridge distribution and the topography along the line, and strengthened the safety control of the blockade construction of the business line erection beam. To ensure the construction progress of the project, the quality of the project continued to lead, and finally completed the girder construction task safely and smoothly in 106 days.
"The project has a large amount of girder engineering, and during the construction process, we continue to summarize and improve, strengthen dynamic adjustment, and successfully complete all the girder construction tasks one month ahead of schedule." Xue Fei, project manager of Shanghai Airport Liaison Line 1 Standard 1 Branch, said that after the completion of the box girder erection work, the project will enter the track and electromechanical installation stage.
After the completion of the project, the travel time between the two comprehensive transportation hubs of Shanghai Hongqiao and Pudong can be controlled within 40 minutes, and it can be transferred to a number of existing and under construction rail transit, which is convenient for citizens and passengers along the line. At the same time, it will further enhance the radiation role of Pudong and Hongqiao comprehensive transportation hubs in the Yangtze River Delta region, serve the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, and provide strong support for improving Shanghai's global city energy level and core competitiveness, and implementing the national strategy of integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.
