Introduction
A steel sucker rod is one of the important equipment of oil field.Can provide seven kinds of the level of sucker rod, including C, K, D, KD, HL, HY and KH.C, K, D sucker rod press design and manufacture standard of API Spec 11 B, KD, HL, HY grade rod design and manufacture according to standard API SPEC 11B, KH level rod according to standard within the company.
C grade sucker rod series - is mainly used for light, medium load, no corrosion or corrosion shallow Wells or in deep well pumping, material is carbon steel or manganese steel.
Grade D sucker rod is made of high quality alloy steel, after heat treatment with high strength, plasticity is good, long life and other characteristics, it is suitable for light when there is no corrosion or corrosive medium in the deep Wells under the environment of use.
HL, HY grade rod is made of high quality alloy steel manufacturing, have the characteristics of ultra high strength, used in deep well, big strong pump used in production.
And K, KD and KH level of sucker rod with different content of Ni Cr - Ni - Mo high quality alloy steel manufacturing, have anticorrosive, resistance to corrosion function, respectively applicable to strong corrosion of shallow, middle and deep Wells.

Raw Material Test → Cold Straighten → Cut → Forge → Hot Treatment → Hot Alignment → Shot Blasting → Rod Head Machining → Assembly → Protective Cap → Package → Aczoiling Treatment.
For extra high tensile sucker rod
Raw Material Test → Cold Straighten → Cut → Forge → Quenched And Tempered → Hot Treatment → Hot Alignment → Shot Blasting → Rod Head Machining → Surface Quenched → Assembly → Protective Cap → Package → Aczoiling Treatment.
