Screw-type ship unloader
Screw-type ship unloader is a type of specialized equipment that is designed to meet the requirements of unloading bulk cargoes from small to medium-sized vessels. It is widely used in ports and harbors for unloading various powdery, granular or small lump materials such as coal, grain, cement, fertilizers, sulfur, and others.

Since 2006,in the in-depth understanding of dry bulk material characteristics,unloading conditions and unloading screw conveyor mechanism,we have been researching and developing screw ship unloaders and continuously improving their performance.
This screw continuous ship unloader is a ship discharger for unloading bulk materials (cement, grain or mineral coal)from bulk cargo.
SEBO have two series of products:tower winch screw ship unloader and electro-hydraulic hybrid drive auxiliary beam screw ship unloader with two arms and three arms.
Rated unloading capacity 100-1500T/h,unloading 600-70000DWT bulk cargo ship.
It is able to discharge materials directly to trucks after unloading and it can also be connected to any conveying systems depending on design of loading feeders.
The carefully designed tower and winch is more portable and has a wide range of movements.Equipment motion inertia is small.
Compared with cylinder amplitude structure,steel-wire flexible structure can effectively buffer instant external force impact.
