Casting Overhead Crane
Casting overhead cranes are used for transporting, pouring, and charging hot metal during the smelting process of liquid metal, among other things.
Ladle overhead cranes are classified into three types based on their crane structure: Double Girder Double Rail casting crane, Four Girder Four Rail Casting Crane, and Four Girder Six Rails Casting Crane. The first two types are used to lift medium and large scale ladles, while the latter is used to lift extremely large scale ladles. Yuantai Better Crane can provide customized ladle overhead cranes with unlimited lifting capacity.

Overview
Casting crane is the main equipment of steel making and continuous casting process. Mainly used for lifting and transportation of liquid steel ladle.
Overall structure can be divided into: double girder double-track, four beams and four-track, four-beam rail and other types. The first two are generally used for large tonnage crane, and the third is generally used for large tonnage of foundry crane.

mbient Temperature Conditions
1. Standard industry voltage is 380V 50Hz, 3Phase, but we could manufacturer as the client's local voltage, such as 220V 60Hz, 400V, 50 hz; 440V 50Hz,
2. The temperature of working environment is -10~+60 centigrade
3. The relative humidity is no more than 50% when the temperature is +40 centigrade

Ladle Crane
Suitable working environment: Ladle crane lift liquid metal in the bad environment with high temperature and high dust. The ladle crane works frequently, working duty is high, which is mainly used for pouring melted iron from additive bay of converter to converter;
Lifting molten steel from refining bay to refining furnace or lifting molten steel from molten steel bay to ladle turret of continuous casting machine.
