Product Introduction

The T400 de-icing liquid spreader is mainly used for spraying wine and de-icing liquid on the airport runway, with an applicable temperature range of (0~-25) °C °C, and the working device adopts a nozzle structure. The full-power take-off is used to provide power for the spreading device, the auxiliary engine is canceled, and the vehicle emissions meet the national VI standard. Single-engine operation makes vehicle maintenance simpler and more reliable. The effective working width can be adjusted in the range of 3.5m~24.5m, and the spreading measurement per square meter can be directly set, which is not affected by the spreading width, engine speed, vehicle speed, etc. (closed-loop control is adopted). The vehicle adopts cathodic electrophoresis, spraying anti-corrosion layer and other anti-corrosion measures, which is suitable for anti-icing operations in runways, taxiways, liaison roads, aprons and other areas.

De-icing fluid pumps
Stainless steel centrifugal pump, hydraulic motor and coupling are directly integrated. It is equipped with an anti-resistance valve system to prevent inertial rotation after the pump is stopped, and prolong the service life of the pump and motor. Maximum flow rate: 500L/min (standard); Maximum pressure: 9 bar ± 1 bar; Operating temperature -25°C to +80°C.

Precise with the speed of the wine cloth
The dosage and width of the wine cloth are not affected by the vehicle speed, engine speed, gear, throttle, clutch, etc., and the wine cloth dose is constant when the vehicle speed changes dynamically, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.

It adopts CAN bus design, integrated controller, with liquid crystal display function, with temperature, hydraulic, liquid level and other alarm functions, strong expansion ability, easy and fast operation.
