DXC-500 Track Renewal Train is applicable for rails and sleepers replacement on
common short-rail track and joint-less track. It can offer three operation functions: replace
rails, replace sleepers, replace rails and sleepers simultaneously.
The train is composed of gantry locking flat wagon, sleepers convey train set, gantry,
fasteners storage wagon, fastener car, working car, power car and material car. In the
assembly line working mode, it can simultaneously complete fastener removal and retrieval,
old sleeper pickup and convey, ballast regulating, new sleeper laying and rails restoration, etc.
The control system can realize new and old sleeper convey, old sleeper pickup, new sleeper
laying and rail restoration auto control. It is designed with the functions of measuring curve
compliance, track superelevatin after operation. See figure 1 for train formation details.

Fastener car is used to remove and collect old fasteners. It is mainly composed of frame,
bogie, fastener removal mechanism, fastener pickup device, ballast shoulder plough,
hydraulic system, electrical system and brake system, etc. Fastener car is designed with two
power bogies for traveling drive. See figure 4 for its structure.
Overview:
C70E (C70EH, C70EF) general open car is suitable for operation on domestic quasi-rail lines, mainly used for loading coal, ore, building materials, machinery and equipment, steel and timber, etc. The loading and unloading mode is manual loading and unloading or mechanized loading and unloading. It is mainly composed of car body, bogie, braking device and coupler buffer device. The car body is an all-steel welded structure, the main section steel and plate are made of Q450NQR1 high-strength weathering steel, and the 120-type control valve is used to turn K5, K6 or K7 bogie, 120-type control valve, KZW-A automatic adjustment device for empty weight vehicles and derailment automatic braking device, NSW hand brake machine, E-grade steel 17-type coupler and HM-1 or MT-2 type buffer.
