World widely, the dewatering for dredge slurry is one of the biggest obstacles for the dredge contractors. The dredge slurry dewatering system with shale shaker, desander, desilter will remove the solids above 25 microns, but for the solids below 25 microns, it require dewatering centrifuge to do the job. By mechanical separation without polymer, the GN decanter centrifuge is able to separate solids above 5 microns. With the chemical enhanced technology by decanter centrifuge separation with polymer, the zero microns separation can be reached.
