The displacement belt conveyor is a specialized belt conveyor required for continuous mining and semi continuous rock discharge in open-pit mines. It is often used in conjunction with bucket wheel excavators on the mining face or with soil dumping machines on the waste dump. On the mining face, the line laid by the mobile belt conveyor is parallel to the mining face, and the materials excavated by the bucket wheel excavator are unloaded onto the conveyor by the mobile feeding trolley for transportation. When the mining face is pushed forward for a certain distance, the conveyor must move horizontally in order to continue receiving materials. At this time, the head and tail frames of the mobile belt conveyor installed on the movable platform are moved by specialized devices, and the middle frame is placed every 3-4 meters on a sliding steel sleeper. The steel sleeper is connected by steel rails laid along the entire length on both sides of the conveyor, and the steel rails are also the walking track of the feeding trolley. When the conveyor moves horizontally, the material is unloaded and the conveyor belt is loosened. The steel wire ropes that tighten the head and tail frames are removed. The track moving machine pulls the steel rails horizontally along the conveyor line in sections, and the steel rails are lifted and pulled in sequence, causing local elastic deformation to achieve lateral movement. After the relocation is completed, fix it again.
The belt width of the displacement belt conveyor produced by our company is 800mm~1800mm, and the length depends on the specific mining face or usage situation, usually within 2000 meters.
