LINEAR/BALANCED ELLIPTICAL DOUBLEMOTION SHAKER is the first stage drilling fluid purification equipment in oil and natural gas drilling operation. The preliminary separation of solid and liquid in drilling fluid can remove more than 70% of the harmful solid in drilling fluid. GX/S type vibrating screen is a new product with international advanced level developed by our company. It is a kind of drilling fluid double track vibrating screen which can realize the conversion of linear and elliptical vibration trajectories. It can change the movement track of the vibrating screen according to the needs of field production. When drilling into the sandstone stratum, it adopts the linear vibration track to make the movement speed of sand particles on the screen surface is fast and the handling capacity is large. In mudstone layer, the content of sand is reduced, the viscosity is increased, and the sand is fine. The elliptical vibration track is adopted to extend the separation time of sand grains, reduce the loss of mud, and avoid the phenomenon of "paste screen". This series of vibrating screen meets the requirements of the whole process of complex drilling and has a wide range of adaptability. It is very important to improve drilling quality and speed and reduce drilling cost.
