These forklifts have a familiar layout, are easy to use, easy to maintain and come with a range of standard features and other options.
Single-speed automatic transmissions have proven to be reliable and efficient. At the 500mm load center, travel speeds of up to 20km/h are available in lifting capacities of 2, 2.5, 3 and 3.5 tonnes. A range of masts (LFL and FFL) with tilt options for good load visibility, forks with wide gantry windows and neatly arranged hoses. A variety of forks and pallets are also freely available, including an integrated side-shift pallet for easy load handling.
Easy to operate
The driver's cab provides a practical and comfortable working environment. Controls are within reach and easy to operate, and the seat has a variety of options, including an adjustable fully suspended seat. The clear 3.5-inch LCD display provides operators with important forklift information at a glance. The rear drive handle with integrated horn makes reversing more comfortable.
Easy to maintain
The H2.0-3.5UT forklift truck series is easy to maintain and is ideal for customers who opt for self-service because no special tools are required for access. Due to the simplicity of components and specifications, there is no need for a personal computer, laptop or diagnostic tools. Regular overhauled items are readily available, and replacement parts are readily available and cost-effective. Easy-to-remove floor coverings and quick-release hood (opens 70 degrees) for easy operation.
Low operating cost
The forklift intelligently designed hydraulic system enables fast lifting and lowering speeds. The auxiliary hose is centered on the free lift cylinder to eliminate hose twisting, and the hose is securely fixed with a large radius bend to reduce hose scratches. Inclined cylinders are sealed to reduce contamination, and the one-piece frame is welded together with many castings, including the drive axle housing, all of which reduce wear and tear on the forklift. Small turning radii and forklift footprint help increase efficiency.
