General Description
SWTC-30C Automatic Tank Cleaning System is a closed
loop system to continue clean the mud tanks, oil tanks,
chemical tanks or slurry tanks.
The SWTC-30C Tank Cleaning system supply fresh water
to the high pressure tank cleaning machine mounted inside
the tank. And the integrated pumps will bring the dirty
wash water back to the system for cleaning and return
clean water back to the tank cleaning machine to reuse.
This process will minimize the consumption of water and
manpower involved.
The SWTC-30C Automatic tank cleaning system
closed loop is a continuous process with waste water
cleaning capacity up to 30 m³/h

Tank Cleaning System
Equipment List
Working Process
1) High Pressure Centrifugal pump (8) pump clean
water from Buffer tank (7) and supply to tank
cleaning machine(2) to clean the mud tank.
2) Suction Pump(2) suck dirty wash water from
mud tank through the strainer (1) which will
filter the coarse solids.
3) The suction pump (2) will feed dirty water
through the static mixer to inclined plate clarifier
(5).
4) The chemical dosing system (3) will supply
chemical/ flocculants to the static mixer(4) to
mix with the dirty water to enhance the
separation in the IPC.
5) The inclined plate clarifier (5) will separate
the settable solids.
6) The clean water from IPC (5) will overflow to
buffer tank (7)
7) The buffer tank level control system will control
the pumps automatically.
8) Membrane Pump (6) will take the settable
slurry from the IPC (5) to Skip

Inclined Plate Clarifier
IPC (Waste Treatment)
SW Inclined Plate Clarifiers (IPC)is a high performance,
Lamella plate design for removal of settleable solids in a
variety of waste streams. The lamella plate is made from
stainless steel.
SW IPC design incorporates inclined plate settling
surfaces pitched at a 55° angle from the horizontal with
uniform plate spacing. Due to plate angle the solids slide
down the plates into the sludge hopper below the plate
pack. The simple, inexpensive design, combined with
sludge conveyor Auger makes the SW IPC easy toinstall,
operate and maintain.
Chemical like polymer pretreatment often improves solids
removal efficiencies. The use of chemical flocculants with
SWIPC is based on system efficiency, application
contaminant characteristics and cost.
