Introduction
The rod-type sucker pump is fixed and sealed with the sucker rod into the predetermined position in the tubing, so it is also called "insertion pump". It does not need to lift the tubing when checking the pump. It is convenient for operation and suitable for use in deep wells. ; Reduce the operation of the upper shackle of the oil pipe and extend the service life of the oil pipe; the pump body of the rod-type oil pump can swing around the fixing device, which is suitable for inclined wells.
The plunger surface of the rod pump is spray-welded nickel-based alloy, the inner bore of the pump barrel is nickel-plated phosphorus or carbonitriding, valve ball.
Balls and other key parts are made of special corrosion-resistant materials, and are subjected to strict heat treatment and precision mechanical processing.
Manufactured by surface treatment process, suitable for oil wells containing corrosive media such as salt, sulfur, carbon dioxide and bacteria and a small amount of sand in oil wells.
How to use
1. Before leaving the pump, you must check the factory mark and certificate on the pump. Confirm that it is the oil pump required for this oil well, and carefully check whether the pump barrel is bent, whether the exposed threads are damaged or corroded, and whether the connection parts of each thread are loose.
2. For the oil pump that has been in stock for more than one year, the plunger and pump barrel should be cleaned before going down the well, and the plunger should be pulled back and forth.
3. The well site where the pump is to be pumped must be kept clean and tidy to prevent sand or other things from falling into the well and affecting the normal pumping of the pump. A final inspection should be performed when lowering the pump. To ensure that the protective cap, plug and protective entanglement are all removed.
4. When the centralizer is used in the lower pump, the installation position of the lowermost centralizer should be as close as possible to the oil pump to ensure the alignment of the pump and the oil pipe, thereby reducing pump wear.
5. During the downhole work of the oil pump, periodic inspections must be carried out and the working conditions must be recorded.
6. In the case of lower rod pumps, you can first lower a supporting stub along the tubing to the specified lower pump depth; a complete set of rod pumps with (supporting the stub on the tubing string) supporting assembly with the sucker rod string Into the tubing, the depth of the pump must be sealed according to the position of the shorting of the lower support during the downhole process, and then the anti-impact distance of the pump is raised by 300mm, and the oil can be transferred into the pump.

The sucker rod is widely used in the oil extraction industries. The different grade sucker rod can be applied in different applications.
Grade C sucker rod
Moderate strength, has a certain degree of resistance to the sulfide stress cracking, it is suitable for sour environments.
Grade D sucker rod
The grade D sucker rod is manufactured from high quality heat treated steel alloy, which has high tensile and yield strength, it is can be used in the non-corroding or mildly corroding environments.
Grade K sucker rod
The grade K sucker rod has a good corrosion resistance in H2S, CO2, and NaCl media, it is widely used in corrosion environments.
Grade H sucker rod
This is a type of sucker rod with extra high tensile strength it is ideal for deep and large wells.
