Overview
Tire type container gantry crane (commonly known as field bridge, abbreviated as RTG) is a special machine for large specialized container yards, loading and unloading standard containers. It is not only suitable for storage yards in container terminals, but also for dedicated container yards.

The field bridge is powered by a diesel engine alternator set, which adopts digital frequency conversion speed regulation, which can move in two directions in the container yard. Equipped with a telescopic spreader that can lift 20 feet and 40 feet containers. The spreader of the field bridge mostly adopts fixed guide plates. In order to reduce the sway of the spreader, a mechanical anti-roll device is installed. In order to facilitate the box, it is equipped with a spreader small angle slewing device, in order to be able to convert the site operation. It is equipped with a right angle steering mechanism of 00~900. Under normal circumstances, the span of the field bridge has been standardized to 23.47 meters (six rows plus walkway), and non-standard span field bridges can also be supplied. The lifting height allows lifting of a 40-foot-tall 9'6" container over four (or five to six) stacks.
The axle is mounted on large tubeless tires with 4, 8 or 1 6 wheels. The number of rounds is designed according to the requirements of the rotation pressure of the site. The large cart traveling mechanism can be four-wheel or two-wheel drive. In order to prevent collisions between the field bridges and between the field bridges and containers, a manual guiding system and a four-corner anti-collision device for large vehicles are equipped.
The trolley running machinery can be driven by rack or double shaft and single shaft, and the operation is stable. There is a cab under the trolley frame, and the driver operates the entire crane in the cab.
The field bridge adopts AC or DC speed regulation system, which has good speed regulation and constant power control, and can automatically adjust the lifting speed according to the weight in the box.

In addition, ZPMC can also be equipped with DGPS (Satellite Automatic Positioning System), ECMS, RCMS (Fault Display and Contact with the Central Control Office) on the RTG, as well as a large vehicle jacking device that facilitates the steering of large vehicles and reduces tire wear, and is equipped with boarding elevators.
