Product Description

INDUSTRIAL GAS TUBE SKID

There are seven noble gas elements: helium, neon, argon, krypton, xenon, radon, and oganesson. Noble gases are the least reactive chemical elements. They are nearly inert because the atoms have a full valence electron shell, with little tendency to accept or donate electrons to form chemical bonds.
1) electronic specialty gases  2) two dimensional degree of electron gases 1. The variation of electron mobility with electron concentration at room and cryogenic temperature is explained by the two dimensional degree of electron gases and the overflow of electrons in channel to surface states.

Helium

Helium
Helium is the lightest noble gas. It has many uses, as it can be used to fill up balloons
and airships even though it is denser than air, and it can be frozen into a liquid at
cryogenic temperatures.

Helium is a noble gas (shown blue on this table). It heads the noble gases, being
found right above Neon.

Helium can be fitted into a spectrum discharge tube. These tubes can have noble
gases in them and emit a special bright color unique to the element.
Helium has a bright orange color when it is put in a discharge tube.

Helium has an atomic mass of 4.002602. This means that it is much heavier than the
lightest element, hydrogen, which has an atomic mass of 1.00794.
This is why people kept filling airships with hydrogen, because it is so light. However,
after the Hindenburg disaster in 1937, where the ship caught on fire and exploded,
people realized the dangers of hydrogen.

Then people started using the next heaviest element, helium. Since helium is a noble
gas and most noble gases are chemically inert, people had hopes for helium. And
helium did work, so they started filling airships and balloons with helium rather than
hydrogen. Although flight will not be as good as when the airships were filled with
hydrogen, it will be much safer.

Neon
NEON - Nature

colorless, tasteless, odorless, gaseous inert gas at room temperature. Gas relative density 0. 9002 (0 ºC). Liquid relative density 1. 204(-245.9 °c). Melting Point -248. 67 °c, boiling point -245.9 °c. Critical temperature -228. 66 ºC, critical pressure 26.9 × 105,
Slightly soluble in water. When a low voltage discharge is performed, a very significant emission line is shown in the red part. Very inactive, not burning, and not burning. Liquid neon has the advantages of low boiling point, high latent heat of evaporation and safe use.
NEON - Preparation Method
Air separation method: a mixture of crude helium and neon is extracted from an air separation unit by a separation method. Pure neon-helium mixture with purity above 99. 95% was obtained by removing hydrogen and nitrogen from crude nitrogen and neon mixture. 99. 99% high purity neon could be obtained by separation and purification.
It is mainly used in neon lamps and as a filling medium in the electronics industry (e. G., high-pressure neon lamps, counter tubes, etc.). It is also used in laser technology. Liquid neon has the advantage of low boiling point, can be used as 26~40k between the low temperature cold source. In addition, it has been applied in high energy physics. For example, a liquid-neon bubble chamber is used. A mixture of neon and oxygen may also be used for respiration instead of helium.

NEON - Safety

is a non-combustible gas, risk code: GB2.2 class 220090 UN N0,1065I IMDG Code page 2161. (Compressed) GB2.2 class 220100 UN N0.1913I IMDG Code page 2161, Class 3. (Liquefied). This product at high concentrations, can make the oxygen partial pressure in the air to reduce the risk of suffocation. The performance of breathing, concentration, ataxia; Followed by fatigue Fatigue, irritability, Nausea, Vomit, Coma, convulsions, resulting in death. Special protection is generally not required for production. However, when the concentration of oxygen in the air of the workplace is less than 18%, the air breathing apparatus, oxygen breathing apparatus or long tube mask must be worn. Eye protection: generally do not require special protection. Packed in 6ma steel bottles or 2L glass bottles with external protection in wooden cases or cartons. Store in a cool, dry place. Packaged in glass bottles with a capacity of not more than 2L can be transported as ordinary goods. When loading and unloading should be light to prevent packaging damage. Fire extinguishing method: This product is not flammable. Cut off air supply. The container is cooled by spraying water and, if possible, the container is moved from the fire to an open area.
The description of industrial gas tube skid.

Industrial Gas tube skid is widely used for industrial gas , such as H2,He;standard model is 40ft &20ft.

our engineering and metallurgical teams who work to design products that are state-of-the-art, code and regulatory compliant, safe and cost-effective. We have a standard line of vessels in production but we also offer customization of vessels to match your specific capacity and space requirements. Using a sophisticated CNC spin forging machine (spinner) with proprietary software to meet your specific needs.

The Industrial Gas tube skid could be designed and manufactured with different code including DOT, ISO. We could always fulfil proposal with different geometric volume, working pressure, quantity of cylinder, overall dimension, brand of valves & fittings based on customer's condition and requirement.

Our Iindustrial Gas tube skids are already widely used for famous international gas company in world, such Air product, Linde, Air Liquide , Taiyo Nippon Sanso etc. with cost-effective ,&high performance feature, Enric enjoy high reputation .
Safety and efficiency are most important factors, they are widely used around world and enjoy high reputation.

The feature of the product
1. The product volume to weight ratio is good, which could make the operation with good cost performance;
2. The imported valves of product are with high quality by choosing the famous brand or can be chosen according to the customers' requirement.
3. The bursting disc or safety valves are designed on the manifold of Industrial Gas tube skid, that make the operation much safer under the emergency condition.
4. The advanced manufacture technology and equipment, feasible quality insurance system;
5. The standard corner fittings and framework in accordance with container, make it easy during transportation.
