Wet shotcrete refers to mixing cement, coarse and fine aggregate and water together according to a certain mixing ratio, and then with the help of various types of wet jets, the mixed concrete is transported to the nozzle through the conveying hose, and a liquid quick-setting agent is added to the nozzle, and the energy is replenished with compressed air, so that the concrete forms a beam and sprays from the nozzle to the surrounding rock surface.
The basic principle of wet sprayed concrete is to send the mixed concrete into the wet sprayer, mix with the atomizing quicksetting agent from the metering pump pressure to the nozzle with compressed air at the nozzle to form a material beam, spray on the sprayed surface dry spray concrete is to mix the cement, aggregate and quick-setting agent in proportion, add it to the jet machine and use compressed air to pass the material through the hose, add water at the nozzle, form a material beam, and push it to the sprayed working surface at high speed Tide spray is to add water to the sand and gravel pile in advance (sand moisture content is not more than 8%, stone moisture content is not more than 4%) After mixing with cement, adding the accelerator when adding the jet, the material is pushed to the sprayed working surface at high speed through the beam formed by the hose and nozzle with compressed air .
Wet shotcrete technology is a new technology. Wet spraying has obvious advantages compared with dry (moisture) spraying.
1. When the mix ratio of wet sprayed concrete is easy to control, the wet sprayed concrete is transported to the wet sprayer for spraying after production according to the production process, and its mix ratio is completely under control, so as to ensure the quality of shotcrete. The quality of dry moisture sprayed concrete is not easy to control, especially the water-cement ratio of concrete is arbitrary, which is adjusted by the sprayer according to experience and naked eye observation, and the quality of concrete depends to a large extent on the correct operation of the sprayer.
2. Low rebound rate, can effectively control the cost of dry tide spray rebound rate of 35%-45%, while wet spray rebound rate is about 15%, so wet spray production cost is low, high efficiency.
3. The dust concentration next to the wet spray nozzle is 60mg/m³ during construction, the dust concentration next to the dry spray nozzle is higher than the tidal spray dust concentration, and the dust next to the wet spray nozzle is lower than the dust concentration next to the wet spray nozzle. During the construction of shotcrete, often due to dust concentration and other reasons, the visibility in the tunnel is low, objectively so that the operator only talks about the number of spraying, and ignores the quality of spraying, so that the quality of shotcrete is unstable and wasteful.
4. High productivity: dry concrete spraying machine generally does not exceed 5m³/h. The use of wet concrete sprayer can reach 7-9 m³/h when working manually, and 15-18 m³/h when working with spray manipulator, which is 2-3 times higher than other injection methods.
5. The equipment material wear is small, the dry sprayer has a simple structure, small size, and convenient cleaning, but the wear of the combined plate is large, the structure of the wet sprayer is more complex, the volume is large, and the traction of larger power equipment is required, but the wear of the combined plate is small.
The above factors deserve our great attention. The quality of shotcrete and production efficiency are important factors that directly affect the construction progress, project quality and economic benefits of tunnels .

1. Strictly control the wind pressure of the working machine in the range of 0.15MPa-0.2MPa;
2. Strictly control the distance and angle between the nozzle and the sprayed surface, when there is no rebar mesh spraying, the nozzle should be perpendicular to the spray surface, and the distance between the nozzle and the sprayed surface can be controlled within 8-1.0m;
3. Strictly control the water-cement ratio, and it is advisable to have a dull luster on the surface of freshly sprayed concrete;
4. The treatment of the leakage lot is purged with compressed air before spraying concrete. When the amount of water is not large, shotcrete batching and mixing are carried out according to normal construction procedures. When the amount of water is large, when the spray begins, reduce the water consumption appropriately. When spraying from far and near, temporarily increase the amount of quick-setting agent and gradually close the water to stop, and then it must be closed with the normal amount of quick-setting agent sprayed concrete;
5. Wet shotcrete must be tested with the moisture content of sand to correct the amount of water added to achieve the desired slump;
6. The temperature of aggregate and cement should not be lower than 5 °C when batching;
7. The mixing time of wet shotcrete mix should be appropriately extended when mixed with admixtures.
