Product Description:
As high-tech products independently developed by SAINTWAH, quintuple drilling pumps of QDP series can meet requirements of API 7K, have characteristics of small pressure fluctuation, stable operation and long life of vulnerable parts and can be used for drilling operations such as high-pressure jet drilling, horizontal wells with large displacement, deep wells, ultra-deep wells and offshore platforms.
Performance Features:
The theoretical displacement is about one third of that of the triplex pump, and the pulsation dampener for exhaust can be canceled.
Spherical hinges are used to connect the crosshead and the pony rod to solve the problem of eccentric wear between the piston and the cylinder sleeve.
The service life of vulnerable parts at the hydraulic end is long.
The pump unit adopts modular design and is compact in structure and suitable for operation environments such as offshore drilling platforms.
With gear transmission, the overall energy efficiency of the pump unit is improved by about 7%.
