In recent years, China's oil and gas exploration and development has become increasingly advanced, encountering geological conditions that are becoming more complex and generally featuring deep reservoirs, high temperatures, and high production rates, as well as containing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide corrosive gases. These acidic gas deposits cause severe corrosion to the equipment on the well site and require equipment that can withstand high impact wear. Conventional wellhead devices are difficult to meet these oil and gas production requirements. Materials used for high-sulfur-resistant wellheads are all special corrosion-resistant materials and adopts super nickel-based alloy flow channel welding technology. They use full-metal sealing devices suitable for high-pressure, corrosion-resistant, and harsh working conditions, which maximizes the safety of the wellhead operation. With super nickel-based alloy flow channel welding technology, hard-surface spraying technology, and polishing technology, 140Mpa gas-tight sealing can be achieved, and a true full-metal sealing device can be used for high-pressure, corrosion-resistant, high-displacement, and sand-proof working conditions.
