Fast filling and efficient material handling
Two large charging joints at the rear are standard, allowing the trolley to approach the machine to fill even in tight areas or in traffic. This enables easy and fast filling on either side of the new powder spreader. Thanks to the high-speed pneumatic filling device and the newly designed silo, the filling process is completed quickly and the powder is evenly distributed in the silo. For this reason, the powder spreader can be filled at a filling speed of up to 2 t/min per joint. An optional automatic filter system ensures dust-free charging. The standard onboard OptiPower chain conveyor drive with automatic load control increases the tension of the conveyor if necessary.
High-precision spreading effect
Fully automatic dosing of the spreading volume, independent of travel speed, ensures continuous and reliable discharge. At the same time, the optional WeighTronic weighing device ensures correct and accurate discharging. Thanks to the continuous comparison between the actual spreading amount and the target spreading amount during the spreading process, if the actual amount of powder consumed deviates from the specified spreading amount, the spreading amount will be automatically adjusted. This virtually eliminates the risk of mishandling. Another highlight of the new powder spreader is its self-cleaning dosing unit with a bee-like design. Thanks to the extrusion and release zone and the elastic special honeycomb chamber, the dosing unit enables automatic cleaning. This ensures continuous efficiency and outstanding spreading accuracy. The spreading volume can also be adjusted individually in three spreading widths.
Easy to operate and innovative operating concept
With the new multifunctional control panel, Streumaster integrates all control elements in a single unit. All machine functions are clear at a glance, and when using a camera monitoring system, a customized user interface can be provided via a split screen. The operator can set and save individual operating data and function keys on the 12"' touchscreen.
Accurately track spreading yield
The new generation of powder spreaders can be equipped with the Wirtgen Performance Tracker - WPT Wirtgen yield tracking system. The system captures all relevant location-specific construction parameters, providing a comprehensive database for analysis and documentation of the construction site.
