CCM50 aluminum alloy gondola
overview
The aluminium gondola runs on 914 mm gauge line in Colombia and is used to transport coal. The vehicle is mainly composed of components such as the car body, brake device, coupler buffer device and bogie. The car body is a riveting and welding composite structure, which is mainly composed of the underframe, the underframe accessories, the side wall, the end wall and the connecting tie rod. The vehicle is equipped with a control bogie, an air brake system that meets the requirements of AAR standards, an FSW hand brake, a fixed (rotary) coupler of F/FR type and a TF-880 shock absorber.

CCM50 aluminum alloy gondola PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
overview
The ore gondola is adapted to operate on the Australian Quasi-Gauge Line and mainly transports ore. The unloading method is dumper unloading. The train group is connected by two ore gondolas by a towbar, one for the main vehicle and one for the auxiliary vehicle. The vehicle is mainly composed of the car body, traction buffer device, braking device, bogie, painting and marking, etc.
The body is made of high-strength weathering steel and stainless steel welded structure, equipped with SSRM bogie, independent ECP electronically controlled braking system, F/FR fixed (rotary) coupler and SL-76 buffer.
