Lifting and salvage engineering ship, with a total length of 297.55 meters and a beam of 58 meters, has the ability of single-arm fixed lifting of 12,000 tons, single-arm full-swing lifting of 7,000 tons, equipped with dynamic positioning system and wave compensation system, and has self-propelled and anchoring and side thrust capabilities, mainly used for lifting and lifting of large parts, modules and jackets at sea. It is suitable for unlimited navigation area navigation, and the depth of salvage operations can reach more than 3000 meters.




Introduction to the device

   "Huaxiang Long" is developed and designed by China Shipbuilding 708 and built by Wenchong Shipyard in Huangpu. The vessel is 130 meters long, 42 meters wide, 9 meters deep, 3,600 nautical miles in cruising capacity, fully electrically driven, with DP-2 class dynamic positioning capability, and is designed to operate at a depth of 55 meters, allowing unlimited navigation areas.

This type of ship is second to none in the world and has three characteristics: First, the operation at sea is like walking on the ground. The ship has four straight and slender long legs 90 meters high, equipped with four sets of hydraulic latch double-acting ring beam lifting system and pile punching system, and the maximum lifting capacity of a single pile is 5,600 tons. After relying on its own DP2 to accurately position at sea, the "Huaxiang Long" can firmly stand on the offshore operation point by relying on the pile leg, and the operating water depth (including tidal difference) can reach 50 meters. Compared with conventional engineering vessels, it not only saves the time required to evacuate the site to avoid the wind to return and position, but also can be applied to the harsh sea areas where floating ships cannot operate. Second, the power is advanced and environmentally friendly. Offshore engineering platforms often do not have self-propelled capabilities. However, the power configuration of "Huayang Long" can be called "luxurious". The vessel adopts an all-electric, all-electric drive full-swing rudder propeller propulsion mode, with three 3,800kW full-swing main thrusters in the stern and three bow thrusters of about 2,000kW in the bow. The ship's power station consists of 5 sets of 3200kWe, 2 sets of 1600kWe main generators and 1 set of 600kWe emergency generator sets. After being treated by the SCR system, the diesel engine exhaust gas of the main generator set can meet the requirements of IMO TIER III, which can realize "all-weather" low-carbon and green environmental protection operations. Third, the ability to work is strong. The deck operation area of the ship is about 2800 square meters, and 2 pile-winding cranes are set on the port side of the stern, with a lifting capacity of 1200 tons/350 tons, and the variable load of the whole ship is not less than 5000 tons. The ship has the functions of rescue and salvage such as lifting, transportation, storage and supply, and is a well-deserved all-rounder in marine engineering operations. Fourth, the living facilities are comfortable and convenient. The ship has a capacity of 220 people, and the bow is equipped with a living building and a helicopter landing platform, which is 22 meters in diameter and can dock large helicopters.

"Huaxiang Long" is the first ship of this type of ship, aiming at offshore emergency wrecker rescue and salvage operations, integrating the advanced design concepts of domestic and foreign jack-up platforms, crane ships and wind power installation vessels, and has excellent indicators in terms of carrying capacity, lifting capacity, operation efficiency, overall integration, mobility, operational stability and survivability, etc., and the successful design and construction of the ship will significantly improve China's emergency rescue and salvage capabilities.
