As the earliest cryogenic equipment manufacturer in China, Enric started to manufacture cryogenic semi-trailer since 2003, till now almost 20 years history. The manufacturing capacity for cryogenic semi-trailer is more than 1500 sets per year. Over these years, Enric has supplied around 4000 sets of cryogenic semi-trailer to domestic and overseas market which is the most in China. Enric standard is even more strict than national standard, such as sealing vacuum degree. Nowadays Enric is engaged in promoting international market and countries which we already exported include the USA, Nigeria, Russia, Kazakhstan, Thailand etc. over 20 countries.
LNG Delivery System Chart's LNG line of transports are vacuum-insulated, cryogenic semi-trailers designed specifically for transporting liquefied natural gas over the road. These units exceed the requirements of an MC-338 highway trailer. The trailers consist of a horizontal vacuum-insulated tank composed of an 'inner' pressure vessel and a structural frame/vacuum vessel 'outer' jacket. The outer jacket is made from lightweight, thin-gauge carbon and stainless steel, and the inner vessel is a 70 psig, ASME pressure vessel made from SA240 T-304 stainless steel. The ST-16300 trailer is built specifically to take on Canadian highways. The control piping and instruments are located in the rear cabinet. Maximum use is made of the available space within the cabinet for easy access and operation. We use drop-down piping allowing for waist-high connection of the fill connectors (fill/drain and vapor return). The large capacity pressure-building coils and coil piping ensure off-loading by pressure transfer at rates up to 300 GPM
Scope of Supply We are registered with the DOT and employ Design Certifying Engineers and Registered Inspectors. DOT requirements for transporting LNG by highway are found in Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (49CFR): part 172.101, Table of Hazardous Materials and Special Provisions; part 173.318, Cryogenic Liquids in Cargo Tanks; and part 178.338, Insulated Cargo Tank (MC-338). The inner vessel is designed to meet or exceed the requirements for an ASME Code, Section VIII, Division 1 pressure vessel; the internal and external piping is in accordance with the requirements of ASME/ANSI B31.3 Piping Code; and Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) are adhered to for all trailer automotive functions − running gear, lights, brakes, etc. Quality Commitment We build our equipment to the highest standards and include a 5 year vacuum warranty.
