Main structure: The car is adapted to run on the West Rail or subway lines in Hong Kong for the maintenance of new lines and existing lines to lay ballast. The car body adopts all-steel welded structure, and the bottom of the vehicle is equipped with ballast mouth and ballast door on both sides, and the inner and outer side ballast is unloaded through the two-way rotation of the ballast door, and the ballast can be unloaded by air or manually. At the same time, there is a sprinkler device to eliminate the dust from the ballast. It adopts a K3 bogie, Knorr-Bremse KERA control valve air brake system, FSW hand brake, No. 13 down-acting coupler and ST-type buffer.
