PRODUCT FEATURE

XH283J backloading compactor adopts the general arrangement scheme of articulated frame, mechanical transmission, all-wheel drive, full hydraulic steering, 4 bump wheel working devices, and the front of the backfill compactor is equipped with dozer blade equipment.

1) Frame

The front and rear frames are articulated by articulating frame coupling.

The articulated frame and the front frame are connected by slewing bearings to realize the lateral sway of the frame, so that each wheel is fully grounded, and the compactor wheel can walk along the irregular undulating working surface, which improves the compaction effect and passing safety of the vehicle.

The bottom of the frame is completely enclosed and has a boat-bottom structure, which is suitable for the harsh working environment of the dump.

2) Power system

The engine is a water-cooled and supercharged engine with large power reserve, low noise, reliable performance, and meets the national III emission standards.

3) Transmission system

The gearbox adopts Hangzhou FDG200 hydraulic transmission gearbox, which is composed of torque converter and multi-speed power shift gearbox, which has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient maintenance, stable operation, low noise and high reliability.

The transaxle is made of PR75-37J transaxle with caliper disc brakes and finite differential locks.

4) Working device

There are rolling bumps with a unique arrangement on the compaction wheel, which have the function of extrusion and crushing, and the compaction effect is good. Tapered rims to avoid the accumulation of garbage and other materials.

5) Cab

The cab is closed and the double doors are fitted with interior.

The built-in air conditioner is equipped with a negative ion generator and an air catalyst air forced purification device, and the air exchange port is set on the top side of the cab, which can also make the cab have fresh air in the harsh working environment, providing a good working environment.

The cab can be flipped to facilitate the repair and maintenance of key parts inside the body.

The anti-roll protection mechanism is integrated with the frame, which is strong and safe.

* The machine frame adopts the closed hull bottom box-like structure to reduce the driving resistance and avoid the garbage entering the engine room.
