Single Ram BOP
Product Description
When there is no drilling tool in the well, the ram can be closed to completely seal the empty wellbore; when there is drilling tool (or other pipe material) in the well, the annular space between the casing and drilling tool can be closed; shear ram can also be installed to cut the drill pipe to completely seal the wellhead.
Performance characteristics
1. Hydraulic circuit employs full-sealing concealed design that can avoid damage from collision, thus is secure and reliable;
2. At the bottom of shell ram chamber, there is a desanding trap inclined towards the wellhead that can automatically clear sediment at the opening and closing of ram so as to reduce the motion friction of ram and promote the assisted sealing of well pressure on ram;
3. Ram chamber and ram shaft employ surface strengthening treatment, thus are anti-corrosive and wearproof;

1.It employs spherical rubber core and enables efficient wellhead full sealing and quick recovery (time for completing drift diameter test ≤ 25min);
2.It employs the structure clamp block to the connection with top cover and shell, easy for disassembly and rubber core changing;
3.Long-stroke piston has steadier operation and longer service life while rarely encounters cylinder scoring;
4.The top cover is equipped with a pressure relief channel to prevent secondary accident caused by well pressure channeling to clamp block arising from sealing failure of mud baffle ring;
5.The gap between piston and mud baffle ring is narrow and will not easily lead to sediment of foreign inclusions, thus can protect the oil cylinder.
