LW800HV wheel loader adopts WP12 Weichai engine, strong power, original Caifu imported gearbox, reliable and durable, dual-circuit brake system heavy-duty wet drive axle, safe and reliable, widely used in sand, coal yard, port, freight logistics, non-metallic mine, cement industry and other working conditions.

The high quality diesel engine elaborately designed and manufactured especially for working conditions of construction machinery and sufficiently proved by the market is fitted with desert air filter to prolong the service life of filter element, improve the filtration accuracy,and reduce the wear of engine.

The heavy-duty design, thick plate structure, and robot welding ensure secure welds, high torsion resistance coefficient, and strong overload capacity and can endure the torsion and impact loads under all kinds of working conditions.

The bucket is made of high strength wear-resistant plates, with the reliability leading the industry. Drive parts of outstanding performances.

Two groups of double-row tapered roller bearings are adopted for the main hinge joints, featuring high carrying capacity and long service life.

The high quality electro-hydraulically controlled parallel-shaft power shift transmission is adopted, with automatic gear shift switch (KD function) and four forward and three reverse gears. featuring advanced performances and high carrying capacity, it can completely meet the required power demand of the loader. The drive axle adopts heavy-duty wet type drive axle to realize higher reliability.

The front drive axle adopts three-section heavy-duty drive shaft to greatly improve the carrying capacity.
