CHASSIS: 4 x 2 rigid chassis,diesel engine, Mechanical transmission. Power steering. Two axie semi-Trailer ladder brackets on rear bumper.		TANK: 50000L (3% ullage at least), Aluminum tank fully baffled, single compartment,overturn protection. Three 20"manhole with 10" fill opening emergency pressure / vacuum vents
REFUELING SYSTEM: Underwing :1200LPM (Hose reel) 2400LPM (Platform)		DEADMAN AND PRESSURE CONTROL: Inline deadman/pressure control and shut-off valve provides primary pressure control. Secondary pressure control regulated by mechanical hose end control valve. FLOW METER: One meter, Brand ISOIL Vega T, 3000 LPM rated with large numeral reset counter and totalizer.
PUMP: Centrifugal type, PTO driven, hot shift. FILTER/SEPARATOR: EI 1581 6th Edition Filter/Separator. 2600LPM rated with differential pressure gauge, air eliminator, water defense and drain valve.
		LIFTING PLATFORM: Lift range of lifting platform (mm):1500~4200
HOSE REELS: One single-row hose reels; hydraulic rewind motors and switches, HOSES: Underwing: One 2"x 20m on single-row hose reels Two 2½" x 3.5m on Lift platform PIPING: Aluminum -15bar rated working pressure		BOTTOM  LOADING: Includes a level sensor control system for automatic high-level shut-off with precheck. The bottom loading adapter is capable of accepting a standard underwing nozzle. A shut-off valve is supplied immediately downstream of bottom load adapter. 2 sets Bottom Loading valve should be on each side with all prechecks etc. DEFUEL: One four-way valve for Fuel/Defuel switch Defuel system in conjunction with bottom loading system to include overfill protection
SAFETY FEATURES: Static reel with 25m cable and bonding clamp, both sides. Brake interlock system, with over drive. Special requirements:
METER should be a must to be Electronic Meter Digital ISOIL Vega T for all the refuellers
Automatic Transmission gear ATF for the Chassis Steering on Left handside and Air Condition is a must for all refuellers
Bottom Loading should be on both sides with all prechecks etc.
Ladders should be attached to the refueller without pipe and coupling(See below profile).
Product recovery Tank should be auto shut off / auto alarm system and also enable in a close loop to return the product back to tank. Drain should be available as well. Small pump to move product to back to tank.
Pressure gauges and Millipore test points should be available for all refuellers
All our Equipment should Comply with JIG and IATA Standard.
