ZYJ960B Hydraulic static pile driver PRODUCT FEATURE
Hydraulic static pile driver that uses static pressure to press piles into the formation. It is used for the pile construction of soft soil laminated piles, such as underground railways, seaports, bridges, reservoir power stations, offshore oil production platforms and national defense projects.

It is composed of pile frame, pile crane, hydraulic pile clamp, pile hydraulic cylinder and electrical equipment. The pile frame is the supporting part of the whole machine, equipped with the main platform, guide platform, column and lower walking trolley. The pile crane is installed at the top of the column to lift the pile into place. During operation, the hydraulic pile clamp the pile head, and then a pair of pile hydraulic cylinders push the pile clamper to sink the pile. One machine is equipped with several pairs of hydraulic cylinders for pressing piles, which can press several piles at the same time. Electrical equipment is used to drive the main pump to run and move mechanically. It is suitable for pressing section steel or I-beam piles in backfill soil, silt, clay and other sites, and is suitable for urban construction.
When the pile press is operating, the pile head is not damaged, the pile body is not bent, there is no noise, no vibration impact, little impact on the surrounding environment and buildings, and no damage to the land structure. During the pile pressing process, the bearing capacity of the pile can be read directly from the pressure gauge without the need for additional tests. The work is stable, and it can be pressed and pulled, but the equipment is bulky, and the inclined pile cannot be pressed, and the use is limited.

Key points of construction operations

(1) Start the gantry leg cylinder, make the mast slightly tilt 15 degrees, and hang the precast pile. When lifting the precast pile, first tie the wire rope and rigging for hoisting, and then use the rigging to bind the pile about 500mm above to lift the precast pile. Make the pile tip vertically aligned with the center of the pile position and slowly insert it into the soil, restore the gantry to buckle the pile cap on the pile item, but go to rigging the dirty cap and the pile top should have an appropriate liner, generally using hardwood boards, the thickness of which is about 100mm.

(2) After the tip of the pile is inserted into the pile position, slightly start the pile pressing cylinder, and when the pile is put into the soil to 50cm, correct the verticality of the pile and the horizontality of the platform again, so that the vertical deviation of the vertical and horizontal directions of the pile does not exceed 0.5%, and then start the pile pressing cylinder, slowly press the pile, and control the pressure application speed not more than 2m/min.
(3) The order of pile pressing: when the building area is large and the number of piles is large, the foundation pile can be divided into several sections, and the pile pressing is carried out separately within the scope of each section. For multiple piles, pressure should be applied from the center to both sides or from the center to the outside, and the construction of silty clay and clay foundation should be prevented from being carried out in a single direction, so as not to squeeze to one side and the degree of foundation extrusion is uneven.

(4) When the length of the pile is not enough, the river adopts the slurry anchor method to connect the pile. The method is: lifting the upper section pile, straightening the exposed anchor steel bar, aiming at the lower section pile and putting it down, so that all the exposed anchor bars of the upper section pile are inserted into the reserved hole of the lower section pile, visually inspect the upper and lower section pile to ensure that its vertical and contact surface are consistent, slightly lift the upper section pile, so that the upper and lower section pile maintain a gap of 200mm~250mm, and specially clamp hoops on the four sides of the lower section pile. Inject molten sulfur cement into the reserved hole in time until it overflows to the entire plane of the top of the pile, send down the upper section pile to fit the two end faces, and after the sulfur cement cools naturally, remove the clamp and continue to press the pile. Pile connection is generally carried out at a height of about 1m above the ground.

(5) Pile pressing should be carried out continuously, the pile surface should be kept clean, and the pouring time should not exceed 2min; The upper and lower pile centerlines should be aligned, and the deviation should not be greater than 10mm.

(6) When the pile pressing force has reached twice the design load or the pile end has reached the holding layer, the pressure should be stabilized immediately. When the pile length is less than 15m or the boldest soil is the holding layer, it is advisable to take slightly more than 2 times the design load as the final stabilizing pressure. And stabilize the voltage more than 5 times, 1min each time; When the pile length is greater than 15m or the dense sand is the holding layer, it is advisable to take 2 times the design load as the final pressure stabilization, and stabilize the pressure more than 3 times, 1min each time, to determine the penetration degree of the last time of stabilization.
Construction precautions

1) Before construction, the appearance and strength of the finished pile should be inspected, and the finished sulfur cement used for pile connection must have a product certificate or send it to the relevant departments for inspection; The specifications and quality of pressure gauges for pile pressing should also be checked.
2) When pressing piles on argillaceous soil or backfill soil (bearing capacity less than or equal to 40kPa), a pile machine that matches the pressed pile should be selected as much as possible, and an oversized pile machine should not be selected to reduce the extrusion of the pressed pile; In addition to controlling the left and right order of pile pressing in saturated soft soil, the pile pressing rate should be controlled.

3) When connecting pile construction, deal with impurities on the connection part.

4) After the construction is completed, the bearing capacity of the pile and the quality of the pile body should be inspected.
