• The so-called mechanical vapor recompression cycle evaporation technology is based on the principle of physics, the same amount of material, from liquid to gaseous state, the absorption of quantitative heat energy is needed. When the matter is turned from the gaseous state to the liquid, the equal amount of heat will be released. According to this principle, the heat energy needed to evaporate the waste water when the wastewater is treated with this evaporator is provided by the steam condensate and condensate water to release the heat energy.
Advantages:
• Minimum level of membrane fouling and pollution
• Service life of the membrane is long, and a new type of modified membrane is used in the RO special membrane, which is more suitable for the separation of wastewater membrane
• Membrane diaphragm is more resistant to pressure, and the maximum can reach 160bar
• Components are easy to maintain
• Low diaphragm replacement cost
• Stable quality and output of treated water
• Operation is flexible and can run continuously and intermittently. It can adjust the series and parallel mode of the system to meet the required water quality
Electrodialysis:
Theory
Under the action of an applied DC electric field, the ion exchange membrane's permeability (i.e., cation is allowed to permeate through the cation exchange membrane, allowing anion to permeate through the anion membrane), so that the anion and cation in water can be directed to migrate, so as to achieve a physical and chemical process of separating ions from water in water.
Electrodialysis application at high salt and high COD sewage water
• Applied to pharmaceutical intermediates and chemical plants with high salt sewage water and difficult to meet emission or recycle standard
• Using electrodialysis can lower salt level to treatable standard
• The salt polluted water produced by electrodialysis is concentrated to more than 12%-15% and process into the evaporation or MVR system with the result of achieve zero emission target
