Road inspection vehicles are suitable for regular census of various road surfaces such as highways, urban roads, tunnels, etc., and comprehensive detection of disease disasters to prevent the occurrence of road diseases. The multi-functional road condition evaluation and road disease detection equipment integrating multi-channel array ground penetrating radar, GPS positioning, distance positioning device and other advanced instruments has the advantages of high efficiency, high safety, good repeatability and does not affect road traffic.

The system adopts modular design, which can quickly and accurately detect and calculate the International Flatness Index (IRI), Depth of Construction (SMTD), Depth of Vehicle (RD), Jump (PB), Abrasion Index (WI), Driving Quality Index (RQI), Damage Condition Index (PCI), Technical Condition Index (TCI) of Facilities along the Route, Heading, Cross Slope (Roll), Slope (Pitch), Vertical Curvature, Horizontal Curvature, GPS Coordinates, Test metrics such as speed and distance traveled provide comprehensive and efficient data support for completion acceptance, preventive maintenance, and highway pavement management systems (CPMS).

Performance characteristics
The data acquisition and analysis software is a full-Chinese interface, which can collect, display and store real-time index (IRI), depth of construction (SMTD), rut depth (RD), jumping (PB), wear instruction (PWI), driving mass (RO) damage condition index PC), technical condition index of facilities along the line (TCI), heading, cross slope (roll), longitudinal slope (pitch), vertical curvature, horizontal curvature, GPS coordinates, test speed and driving distance and other index data during the test.
Images can be adaptively adjusted to light conditions for optimal imaging.
The core components are all imported originally.
The system adopts an integrated modular design, and the subsequent maintenance and upgrade are fast, convenient and simple
Portable laptops are used for inspection data acquisition.
Inspection data can be directly imported into the CPMS pavement management system
The system has low power consumption, high safety and reliability
