PG500 high-speed railway track-laying unit
Overview: The unit is suitable for laying high-speed railway rails and sleepers, using the single sleeper continuous operation method, and the model is an integrated machine for rail laying and sleeper laying. It is mainly composed of crawler rail tractor, main engine (including operation vehicle, auxiliary power vehicle), sleeper rail transport vehicle group, vehicle-mounted gantry crane and its power system, hydraulic system, electrical control system and other parts. The operation traction of the track-laying unit adopts the mode of joint control and traction of crawler traction device and 6 wheel-rail power shafts. The traction of the unit, the running of the vehicle-mounted gantry crane and the various operating mechanisms of the main engine and the vehicle-mounted gantry crane are all hydraulically driven.
