Robust design

Each truck in the range features a rugged design that includes high-strength frames, gantries, forks and supports.

Gantries with robust channels, rollers, stub shafts and chain anchors are designed to stand out in challenging conditions. Multi-purpose, hooked, side-shifting, fork positioning supports can be used for demanding applications and heavy loads. A variety of fork and front attachments are also available to suit almost every application.

New performance optimization developments include on-demand cooling, load-sensing hydraulics (power-on-demand), RPM management, and standby engine idling to help further reduce total fuel consumption in most applications. Compared to the previous generation engine, the ECO-eLo performance mode reduces energy consumption by up to 15% without compromising productivity.
Heavy-duty industrial engines are equipped with cast iron cylinder blocks and no high-voltage wires, distributor covers or rotors. Ultra-fast glow plugs allow the engine to start quickly and reliably even in cold conditions, and the cold start unit emits cleaner exhaust gases by timing fuel injection based on water temperature. At the same time, emissions can be reduced by controlling timed fuel injection according to the engine load.
Optimised hydraulics
On-demand hydraulics only provide flow or pressure when needed, while German fittings are standard and offer IP64 protection.
